Mike opened the agency in January 2000 with one consultant in a small shop on Tedder Avenue. With a strong customer service focus, the agency quickly outgrew the original shop, and eventually relocated upstairs. The early growth was driven largely by the word-of-mouth recommendations from satisfied locals, but when Mandy quit her airline job to join the agency, her extensive experience and warm personality further enhanced the agency’s reputation.
Clearly the agency is doing something right, it has grown to a total of 23 staff, with 13 based in the Tedder Avenue and 10 home-based consultants. Boasting more then 400 years of combined knowledge and industry expertise, our team of highly experienced advisors passionately orchestrate the most desirable and bespoke itineraries. As they say in business, ‘surround yourself with extraordinary people who excel at what they do’ and we have been fortunate enough to attract this caliber of staff to the agency.
A strong player in the cruise market, we have 4 Cruise Master consultant’s whom have been awarded the highest accolade accredited by the CLIA, experienced professional Corporate Consultants and sought after Groups consultants.
